When will my order arrive?
Each item is made after you order. Bandanas, crewnecks and ornaments are printed in 2–5 business days and then take about 3–4 business days to ship, so most arrive in about 5–9 business days. Our matching pajamas usually arrive in about 8–11 days, and knitted dog sweaters in about 8–14 days. During the holiday rush, allow a little extra time.
What's the Christmas order-by date?
- Bandanas, crewnecks and ornaments: order by December 11
- Matching pajamas: order by November 26
- Knitted dog sweaters: order by November 15
These dates use standard shipping. Orders placed after them may still arrive in time, but we can't promise it.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our bandanas, sweaters, pajamas, ornaments and sweatshirts are made at different facilities, so a matching set can arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get tracking for each one.
How do I pick a bandana size?
Our bandanas are tie-on squares that you fold into a triangle and knot around the neck. Small is 17.3" square, Medium is 21.3" and Large is 25.2" (measured flat, ±1"). See our size guide for help choosing.
How do I pick a dog sweater size?
Measure around your dog's chest just behind the front legs and pick the size with a slightly bigger chest measurement. The full chart is in our size guide. Between sizes? Size up.
Does the bandana need a collar?
No. It ties on by itself. You can also tie it loosely over a flat collar.
Can I wear the bandana too?
Yes. Medium and Large fit most adults as a neckerchief or headband. Small is for small pets only.
Is the bandana printed on both sides?
The design is printed on one side, the side that shows when it's folded and tied.
Do the pajamas really match the bandanas?
Yes. Our pajamas are printed in the same patterns, at the same scale, as our bandanas. They're a silky polyester women's relaxed fit, sizes XS–2XL, sold as a top and pants.
What are the sweatshirts made of?
They're Gildan Heavy Blend crewnecks in 50% cotton / 50% polyester, pre-shrunk, with a classic unisex fit. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How big are the ornaments?
Our ornaments are glossy ceramic circles, 2.76" across, with a gold-colored hanging string.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email help@santapawsbandanas.com and we'll make it right.
Is it safe for my dog to wear?
Please supervise your dog while they're wearing a bandana or sweater, make sure it isn't tight, and take it off before crating or leaving them alone. Ornaments are decorations, not toys, so keep them out of reach of pets.
