Shipping policy
Every SantaPaws item is made just for you after you order.
- Bandanas, crewnecks and ornaments: printed in 2–5 business days, then standard US shipping usually takes 3–4 business days, so most arrive in about 5–9 business days.
- Matching pajamas: usually arrive in about 8–11 days.
- Knitted dog sweaters: knitted to order and usually arrive in about 8–14 days.
Christmas order-by dates (standard shipping, for delivery by December 25): bandanas, crewnecks and ornaments by December 11; matching pajamas by November 26; knitted dog sweaters by November 15. Orders placed later may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
Free shipping: US orders of $75 or more ship free. Shipping costs for smaller orders are shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple packages: items in one order are made at different facilities and may ship separately. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States.
