Shipping
- Every SantaPaws item is made just for you after you order. Bandanas, crewnecks and ornaments are printed in 2–5 business days and usually take 3–4 business days to ship after that. Matching pajamas usually arrive in about 8–11 days, and knitted dog sweaters in about 8–14 days.
- Christmas (standard shipping, for delivery by December 25): order bandanas, crewnecks and ornaments by December 11, matching pajamas by November 26, and knitted dog sweaters by November 15.
- Items in one order may ship separately. You'll receive tracking for each package.
- We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & exchanges
- Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or wrong color. Please check the size guide before ordering. We're happy to help with sizing at help@santapawsbandanas.com.
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
- If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 30 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
- If you entered the wrong shipping address and the package is returned, we can reship it once you've paid the shipping cost.
- Cancellations: contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it goes into production (usually within a few hours of ordering).
